Promotion protocol
This operational checklist applies to cash and barter collaborations. It does not replace the signed order, platform rules, or jurisdiction-specific legal advice.
Launch limitation
Disclosure enforcement, evidence-page sign-off, appeals, and jurisdiction-specific counsel review are not yet represented as complete.
Before contracting
- The business supplies a truthful brief, lawful product, evidence for objective claims, required brand permissions, and disclosure instructions.
- The creator reviews deliverables, compensation, timing, review, revisions, content rights, cancellation, and dispute terms before OTP signing.
- Cash, barter, gifts, travel, discounts, affiliate value, and other benefits are treated as material connections.
Before publication
- The creator uses a prominent disclosure appropriate to the audience, jurisdiction, content format, and destination platform.
- The business approval must not require deceptive claims, hidden sponsorship, fake engagement, or unlawful use of music, footage, likenesses, trademarks, or personal data.
- Draft approval and revision evidence should remain in the order workspace; approval does not transfer rights beyond the signed contract.
After publication
- The creator submits the live URL and available provider evidence for the agreed deliverable.
- The Trade Talk may preserve or review reported content and restrict it while investigating disclosure, fraud, harassment, or rights violations.
- Content removal, correction, payment, and escalation follow the signed order and applicable non-waivable rights. The platform is not stated to have final binding dispute authority.
